Layout of the premises:

GROUND FLOOR:

• LIVING ROOM: A spacious living room featuring two sofa beds that provide additional sleeping space for up to 4 people. The living room is equipped with a TV, a dining table with chairs, and a coffee table.

• KITCHEN: A fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, as well as a full set of dishes and cutlery.

• BATHROOM: Shower, toilet, washbasin.

FIRST FLOOR:

• BEDROOM 1: A double bed and one single bed. This bedroom has direct access to a terrace offering a beautiful view of the lake – a perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening relaxation.

• BEDROOM 2: A second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together) – an ideal solution for children or extra guests.

Outdoor space:

• Terrace: Next to the cottage, there is a terrace with a wooden bench, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. A grill can be rented at the reception for an additional fee (price list available at the reception).

Additional information for guests:

• Bed linen included: Bed linen is provided for every guest.

• Towels: Please bring your own towels, as they are not provided on-site.

• Free parking: Available on the premises of the resort.

• Shop: There is a shop on the premises where you can purchase essential groceries and accessories.
